The last day in Mohenjo-Daro had finally arrived, and the citizens of the ancient city were going about their daily business, unaware that their lives were about to change forever. Among them was young Nima, a skilled potter who had always dreamt of leaving Mohenjo-Daro to see what lay beyond the city walls.
As she walked through the bustling streets, Nima noticed that something was amiss. The usually noisy bazaars were eerily silent, and there was an uneasy feeling in the air. She made her way to the central plaza, where a large crowd had gathered around a group of priests who were chanting prayers and making offerings to the gods.
Nima pushed her way through the crowd and listened as the priests spoke of a great calamity that was about to befall the city. They said that the river that flowed nearby had been angered by the people's sins and was now about to unleash a devastating flood that would wipe out everything in its path.
Nima was skeptical at first, but as she looked out towards the river, she saw that it had indeed risen to an alarming level. Panic began to spread through the city as people rushed to gather their belongings and seek shelter.
Nima knew that she had to act fast if she wanted to survive. She gathered her pots and tools and made her way towards the outskirts of the city. Along the way, she encountered a young boy named Arjun, who had been separated from his family in the chaos.
Together, they made their way to a nearby hill, where they watched as the floodwaters engulfed the city below. Nima knew that her life would never be the same, but she was grateful to have survived the last day in Mohenjo-Daro with her new friend Arjun by her side.
As they looked out at the devastation, Nima realized that she had found something more valuable than any treasure or adventure she had ever dreamed of - a true friend and companion for life.
